The company has a great work culture and gives immense opportunities for learning and future growth. The Comapny values customer relationship building and customer satisfaction is the utmost priority for the company. All managers are empowered for decision making in their work domain and have very coordial relations with all employees.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

HR policies need to adddressed. Employees compensation ( specially for S&E cadre), Appraisal process needs to be reviewed and should be enhanced at par with industry.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

I am heading North Zone-1 for costruction and mining equipment covering Delhi NCR, UP, Himachal Pradesh , J&K , Uttaranchal & Haryana and responsible for overall business through sales & product support.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
