I like the working culture. It’s gives a direct exposure related to technical knowledge in field.

Dislikes

I dislike their third party policy. I.e., employees offrole/contract basis. I was also one of the contract employees but problem is after project completion they terminate them immediately. Whereas on roles will be shifted to other projects.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
