The best thing about this company is, if you are an engineer then this company is a golden path for your career but if you are not from technical side then this is not a good side. Coming to the work culture as this is a construction company the timings will be not in our hands some times we have to work nearly 10 to 14 hours a dayin a normal day but in a busy schedule you have to work up to 18 hours and have to come next day in time. Growth is very low in this company and your appraisal is in your manager hands so you have to be very good with him otherwise you wont get any appraisal from him. sometimes if the site management thinks you don't have any work here they will immediately send you to the another site , they wont even ask you where you want to go or are you willing to go or not. and they will give you very less time for shifting to the new place....Read More
