Company policies are very good for staffs, working in team is good, salary is credited timely. But appraisals are quitely biased, salary hike,promotions and bonus are all dependent on appraisal which is biased, Office, accommodations, transport facilities and other benefits are good.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent about appraisal policy, career growth is slow in some place,on job training is not sufficient.

This time was very critical for every one but in our company we was phased many troubles but we are doing work full safety like as using face mask,glubs,hand senatizer and proper distance,checking body tempreature every day .

Dislikes

This time was critical time for every employer and labour but our company support to every person and continue to doing work time to time and also manage food materials for labour.
