Many more Short term projects ongoing after selected with l&t need to search the projects from candidate ends, can't help with get HR team. Every meeting conducted with mini naukri. Need to search with same skill set people only to be short listed after 2 rounds of interview then will consider that person to get client round. In this time 🙏 to complete your bench period with job closure.

I joined lti on feb 14 as trainee in a domain of big data and completed the training on apr 6 .More than a gap of 50 days after the training only i alloted to a project on may middle .But till now i didnt got any work in that project they were assigned me in a self learning phase till today ..This is not for only me , in my batch there were 20 students all of them are in self learning phase only.
