In recent years company management has given way for lot of cheap politics where actual hard working talents go unnoticed if they are not a puppet to their superiors. Means even if u work harder all the efforts goes in vain at the time of appraisal. The superior decides it according to his own personal wish.

good team work with teammates, job security depends upon your work performance,same as sa -me yours performance if your rating is outstanding, salary/appraisal also relating to Rating, i think politics game in each organization

i dislike job security, salary/ Appraisal not fair & rating,

not borring work exciting,it depends upon your working styles, i have work honestely and dedication timely complete the task which given me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
