I am on a role of Business Development Associate for past 1.5yrs in the company. After getting this role I found Work-Life balance which I was not able to have since the initiation of my Career. There are a lot of Programmes and Trainings Company is offering through different initiatives which helps employees to upscale their performance.

Dislikes

I have an experience of 8yrs in Project Execution. The worst thing of being in Projects Execution in L&T is your Work-Life Balance messed up. No fix hours of work. We work on even Sundays too. Second is the favourable recognition and reward.

I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?
