In name of Bonus or Performance linkages reward (PLR) in once a year they will you peanuts amounts. talking about specifically HE IC.. other IC have handsome PLR.. HE IC is biggest looting IC they do manipulation all the time in name of promotion or increment in salary.

Doesn't treat contract employees properly. L&T staff will treat contractor employees as if they are street dogs for them. Also there is no work life balance. No leaves allowed for Contractor employees. If you take any leave then it will be deducted from salary.
