To my knowledge, none of the pros would be here. Each and everything will be con which means disadvantage and negatives only.

They will be sticking with targets , counts , numbers . Apart from these things, as a HR , can't able to learn anything. Management haven't know the the basic concepts of healthcare industry for example appeals, claims , clearing house, refunds but those people will be stating that HR supposed to give the counts and targets and needto complete the requirements on time. No holidays, three months once we do have 1.5 holidays. So if we take one holiday in a month then it will considered as LOP. If we reached the office post 9.45am for more than a week, it will be considered as LOP. But these protocols haven't informed on the day of Onboardings, these people won't even conduct the proper induction and trainings. Employees will be submerged in management politics. Actually I'm feeling very bad that I have been worked as a HR in this company. Can't able to see any single benefit from this organization. Truth , honesty and loyalty is the major key things for an employee towards his or her organization. But in this organization if we followed those things then we will out of the company. Employees don't even have a job security, but I'm not aware why these people are recruiting for terminating the employees....Read More

There are lot of things to discuss. This company does BGV after employment and they have terminated a lot of people. This company is only concerned about what has happened at the past and they are not bothered about what technical knowledge we have.
