I like good management of work , team of staff , cooperation is good between staff, dealing of customer process is perfect, salary also good or got on Tim.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Note:-i have done the job for 6 months in year2020 ,I didn't want to leave the job.i shall want to rejoin citymax, company. There was a lot pressure on me & after terminate me in covid-19.i had the worked in citymax company by hearty, sympathy.

I got 2 months full salary during the lockdown periods too. They have insurance plans for their employees. Safet of the employees were in high concern so work days had been set with sufficient intervels. Safety requirements were fulfilled by the company

There is growth for the employees but it takes time.

As a starter i got much support from my teammates and managers. I got the freedom to explore myself. Yearly appraisal makes our income more secure and havr growth oppurtunities. Work and life are equally balanced. Hadn't seen a good work environment as good as landmark. No politics is there.
