Not able to remember. Except few good colleagues. Initially learnings was good but later learning curve is gone down.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional work place. In Data Labs, all the higher level people are extremely pathetic, incapable of running a team. From some incident got to know it's unsafe for women also. Always stretch on Work but zero reward. Barely recognize talent. Hugh salary discrepancies.

Excellent job security, as there is high attrition rate. 15% flat off on all products.

Work life balance is a subject to the team you join. Lack of leadership skills. Senior management gets promoted once every 6 months where as normal employees by 2 years. Politics and bureaucracy to the core. Policies are changed which benifits the management, without any intimation or notice. Not employee friendly company. Backdated technologies used.

For freshers work life won't be good as they don't have prior experience on how to say no, otherwise once someone learns the art of saying no, managers wont anymore push as much
