Work culture sucks. Few managers are reckless and inhumane. Few Male managers and top-level executives don't have any respect towards female employees, not even towards the top-level female managers. These people here breathe politics here. They live and die in the ocean of politics. They are not transparent with the promotions, andterminations. One manager (Khinit Mahajan - Name Changed) is one of the worst parasites that DLL - Landmark group has in its office. He doesn't know how to respect the team, extremely selfish.
