Politics and the higher level employee supports only basis there religion or people came from there locality. VP level employee should know how the lower level are working and how there work-life is being loaded. Last minute decision weekend pressure hectic whatsapp messages.

Store team is good they work as a team. You can work long if you always available for meetings even on your WO. And if you are also comfortable with 5% increament

Senior management RO and Corporate level they will ask you on teams or whatsapp call to resign if you will ask them any question about your work load, increament and promotion. And after that they dont have even gurtz to accept the same.

Landmark group is one of the best companies to work for good work life balance sort from when we have heavy projects and had a good culture where no toxic nature the respect for employees Even from associate level is higher. Dislikes : Slower growth and less salaries sometimes you feel struck with your career sometimes favouritism makes the other hardworking employee to leave.
