Team head are very creative, innovative, fastidious and appreciate your work give feedback clearing doubts now and then, such a privilege to working under great team head. It's is a boon. I am really happy.

IT service team is the worst team I have ever faced in my life time. No proper knowledge on system and workstation fault. Made waited to get a right PC for around 8 months. Didn't even discuss with me face to face with the vendor to purchase my workstation. They thing they are kingpins. Worst worst worst.... cheated me with hand over a poor performace system team head. No proper guidence. When a person is very important in need of work load and works. IT should provide a right system before he joins. I managed with poor performace system around year. Organization people's are not to much thinking about our front hand employee's please do the needful, we don't know every month salary crediting so much of different numbers in low weitage, there's no HR responsibilities in this particular case, i have been completed around 8years experience in landmark group, is this my honest opinion, thank you..

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

In landmark groups work culture is good but because of some people's it's getting spoil the company name

One thing I have clearly understood that, if you are giving your 100% efficiency to the company also no one will see that, only company is listen what your manager is giving the feedback on you. If your manager is friendly with them you can survive or else you have to see the hell. Even HR will not listen you, they also listen only your manager.

Work culture sucks. Few managers are reckless and inhumane. Few Male managers and top-level executives don't have any respect towards female employees, not even towards the top-level female managers. These people here breathe politics here. They live and die in the ocean of politics. They are not transparent with the promotions, andterminations. One manager (Khinit Mahajan - Name Changed) is one of the worst parasites that DLL - Landmark group has in its office. He doesn't know how to respect the team, extremely selfish. I would never recommend aspiring youth to join landmark group if you wanna grow in your career with better people around....Read More
