Most of the people, dont share the knowledge about the working flow of products , they are insecure people, including engineers, Senior Engineers, Leads and Managers Too much nepotism managers do with favourite employees , if Team Lead or existing Senior Engineers creates good bonding with new employee on personal level, they transfer the knowledge and support them only. And Seniors give bad ratings to people , they dont create the personal bondings....Read More

Have seen people cry in office when being asked to resign on the same day due to budget constrains. People here think anyone can do development. Managers are valued more than high experience technical people There is no good technical work.
