Its great working in Lanco Foundation, management is very supportive. They really care about people. The work is very good, in the tough times also CSR activitiea are running, for which Management is appreciable.

Dislikes

Due to some financial issues across group companies, Foundation can not start or think about new programs, and same is with trainings/exposure etc. Else everything is wonderful.

Work Details

Here I am responsible for day to day operations of programs, supporting field teams, collection of reports, identifying gaps, prepare reports, communicate with top management, brief about program progress and take necessary approvals/actions accordingly.
