Experience Summary: I worked as a Senior Executive in Non-US Staffing (Healthcare) at an organization led by key figures like Narender Vemula (Team Leader), Suresh (HR), and Arun (Managing Director). The company has a distinct culture, with significant influence held by these individuals. Narender Vemula, who has been with the company for a long time, asked me to mention his name to higher authorities when receiving job offers, suggesting he had the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company. While I appreciated his experience, I maintained that my approach to work was independent and focused on helping the team and new joiners, as well as contributing to candidate success. My work style, characterized by adaptability and a focus on providing assistance to colleagues and new hires facing challenges, was in contrast to the expectations of working under V. Narender's specific management style. I emphasized that I wouldn't change my way of working to fit a more robotic or submissive model. This led to a difference in approach, and when I raised a concern about the situation, HR informed me that Narender Vemula no longer wanted to continue working with me, implying that my approach did not align with the team's culture or expectations....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
