I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Working with Lancer is a good experience. I have not lost my job in Covid 19 pandemic. Work culture is good. It is very good for those persons who are starting as Fresher. Teammates are supportive.

Management. Don't give salary on time. There is substantial delay in that. Don't believe in written communication. I have been given 50 % salary during pandemic. Any work is taken without prior training.

The company is quiet ok with work timings. People come only after 10:30 even if timing is from 9 and no one will come to you asking to complete working hours.

There are no skill development at all, do your work thats it. There is salary which will come late but no other benefits at all. No job security as if MD doesnt likes u, he can fire you any day for any reason or even without reason There are no promotions until you share an offer letter from any ither company.
