Lamco is very bad company in my life. In this covid - 19 situation , I lost my job from Lamco, I contacted to Lamco many times for rejoin company, but they are not reply my message, even they said company are close and no production from last may, but company(Lamco ) are opened from may and production also going on and also some jobs are dispatched from may, but they lying me, even during lockdown , they are not paying any single amount to me. I am suffering from financial problems, but they are not helping me . Please help me to provide my compensation....Read More

Working times is 8 hours, but many times I worked there 14 - 18 hours or some times full night as per management decisions. But they are not paying any extra or overtime money, even they are not paying any bonus like diwali bonus. Even company policy is too bad , even they are not cut pf amount from our salary.
