There no good like environment, management for write well for company

Dislikes

There is very poor management, owner trust only old employees , which is service from since last 10 to 15 year, last 2 year company no of increased salary, last year March-20 to till now they don't paid full salary deduction 30-40 %, they have over order this year compared to last 2-3 year
