Horrible politics. Managers decides everything like whom to project up and whom to bring it down even though if you out performed, you will be getting nothing. It doesn't matter how you perform, it depends on manager. Basically mangers brings their friends into team and try to grow them even if they are worst performer but all others who really works hard and handle complex projects they will get nothing and no growth at all. Dirty politics is in peak, I don't know how Lam will control this. This is really gonna be big problem for company and finally Lam will be loosing good engineers. Lam has to carefully control mangers politics and dictatorship but I Don't think Lam has that capability to control these things and bring healthy work environment....Read More
