Working since a month, the behavior of colleagues is interactive, helpful and same for the higher management. Work culture is flexible and you would become used to and familiar to the environment very soon from the day of joining.

Ample time to have a secondary source of income if you want to. The job places you under no stress to perform howsoever. Some kind of training programs conducted by institute allow you to develop as a speaker and trainer.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Job environment is excessively detrimental for growth. Work culture is like of a family run shop, where domestic matters matter more than business. No career progression at all. Most of long term employees work here as it is their comfort zone.
