Everything... There is groupism in the school and active politics, you are safe if you fall under a particular section of religion. Overall it is not worth even thinking about working in such environment

The school provides opportunities to the educators to execute their innovative ideas and readily adopt the pedagogical ways of teaching learning process quided by CBSE. I really very fortunate that I am the part of this prestigious institution.

Politics by some colleagues which may be a hurdle in the growth of Institute but most of the colleagues are very co operative and helpful.

I had a bad experience with this school after giving my 16 years of service they terminated me giving stupid reasons due to pandemic. Many teachers were terminated in the same way giving some rubbish excuses.

Very professional environment. ATL is relatively new to the education system. Lakshmipat Singhania Academy provides good support to the rapidly changing dimensions on the educational horizon.

Develop an open curriculum for ATL. Develop module on Aeronautic, Automobile, Agriculture, Water and Sanitation Technologies, Woodwork and Design, Dremel Design, 3D Printing and Design, Laser Cutting and Design, STEM Learning, IoT, Electronic, etc.

The institute is reliable, high Quality education, well maintained campus. Location is a bit out of city. Provides a good career growth.

Work pressure is high. I had to work 8hrs a day, also doing the campaign in the nearby villages, apart From daily work

I am working here from Aug 2010 I am fully satisfied with working condition of my Institution. I likes its freehand working, therefore I am able to give 100% result and suject average more than 67% in this rural area.

Dislikes

This Academy is apporox. 15 km from the city, this is not so comfortable with my school going kids. My kids have to stayback after the school hours with me.
