-Job security is good.
-Partners are very supportive.
-Great place to expand your knowledge.
-Most of the management is great to deal with but the same cannot be said for the executive level partners (LK Family).
Dislikes
-Long working hours, i.e., 10 hr shifts are mandatory but you will still have to work longer than that
-No inter/intra team interaction
-No work-life balance
-The appraisal process takes quite a long time, e.g., your appraisal might be announced in April but your salary won't be increased till July or even October.
- There is a strict Sir/Mam culture here.
- They won't allow you to eat non-veg in their offices (at least in Safdarjung and Jangpura offices, I have seen that), this is very weird.

-I feel Executive staff (paralegals, operations, etc.) are treated poorly and discriminated against by the management. I genuinely feel bad listening to how some partners talk about them openly.
-During the appraisal process, I have noticed the pay raise for my female counterparts was slightly inferior (Although, this is based on my very limited knowledge and of 2 female coworkers for different teams)
- It's my personal observation that female executive staff is hired on mass whereas the gender ratio in the Attorney/IPR staff is slightly low. However, the overall gender ratio of the organization is good.
-I have heard about favoritism by the Partners/Directors from coworkers but never faced it myself....Read More
