Lockdown m bhi employees ko ek paisa bhi nahi mila. No salary given from last 2 years Cmd and other directors are not interested to work for lps company and their employees

Inse gatiya cmd and directors ,we never get in this world. They are not thinking about their employees and their families. No salary given to employees since last 2 years. Now you guess about them.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.have high quality products and has a global client base.my colleagues come from various culturel background.its good,we work together friendly working environment.and lots of training session organised there.

Now a day company is not in good 1condition because of their owners. company had lots of orders but no raw material for running plant last six months salary panding of their employees. Company is really good but what's going on no one knows.

Work Details

It's a great experience to work with daily challenges .Achieving the Production Goal as per PPIC , Planning , Scheduling & Implementation.Set up time reduction, In-house & rework reduction.Developing new ways of manufacturing, improving.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
