Delays from departments like Design and Marketing often burden SCM by crunching supply lead times and demanding longer working hours from engineers. Growth is slow due to Peoples Technically not reviewed and upgrade resulting slow people carrier growth . They strongly believe Seniors decision without reviewing second line, resulting loss of potential candidates.
