Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I believe the management is biased on community. All senior folks will take the credits and the ground level staff will not recognised. Too much of bossy culture. It's a pain working in this company, senior level managers will not even walk if they saw MD's vehicle. Felt like everyone is slave.
