I have my parsnill experience from that Lakshmi finance..to do that job by near ower home town

Dislikes

Lakshmi finance paying the salary is very lowest salary just 10000 thousand..and also recurring freshers.. fresher then do any small mistakes ? That company not giving second chans and also company charging the false aligeshon crime..and finally sasupend that fresher...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
