It's a leading brand and reputed for the tile brand

It's good for staff who had started along with inspection, Not a professional place to work its totally a dictatorship approach, worst part is the HR who are not from proper hr background not clear about polices and any employ related benefits and not clearly informed, If u are leaving this company due to dissatisfaction of the management they will not pay pending PF and close it. People here are not recognised as per their designation....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
