Lakme salon owners are very pathetic they treat they employees very worst with low salary. They do ạ planning with ABM and make sure not to get job to that employee.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent... Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives ever month

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and the helped me get a taste of different roles within the same time

There was nothing like that which should be liked by any Employee. No System, No responsibility, no security, no future. There was no one who can manage Salon environment properly.

Dislikes

No Time Management. There was a deduction of late arrival. But there is no extra income or benifits for over time. Unexpected Salary credit time. No Care for Employees or their emotions.

There is nothing good about working with Lakme because they don't provide any kind of basic SOP training for front desk and expectations are so high by company own outlet or franchise outlet.

Dislikes

Franchise outlet are the worst experience to work with Lakme. Complete misguiding, double mind state, salary, no ease for work life.
