It's just a name. I'll be honestly. I was working in lakme salon balewadi high street, pune (franchise) and they don't run salon according to the policies which lakme has. It's very disappointing that we join lakme because it has it's own name, a huge brand, the Unilever. But all we get is disappointment? Breaking the accords of lakme, not following any of them. And just using the name of it?. I recommend to once through a proper audit there in a regular basis....Read More
