I joined lakme In august 2016 till march 2021. I started my journey as a part time manager in a franchise salon of Lakme and I left As a Center-Manager, the biggest disliking is the time I gave to this company accordingly I didn't get that growth, Even after giving my best I didn't a chance to get the growth in the company , somedays I worked 14-15 hours a day, I think company should work on their staff handling policies , especially in franchise salon. I never thought of leaving lakme but just because I didn't get a good environment of working, So I thought of leaving lakme and the second biggest reason was not getting the growth even after having the ability which my seniors were able to see in me. As a ex-employee I would suggest the CEO of this company Mr. Push, he should look at the staff who is leaving after giving such a long time to the company and should know the reason why the employee wants to leave. They should take care of such experienced staff members. Mr. Push always mentioned in the meetings that we are a family WE ARE LAKME FAMILY. but sorry to say I never felt that am a part of this family never. I always wanted to be a part of this family I tried my best to be a part of this family but I never get a chance to be a part of this family. I wish Mr. Push will get this message of mine and I hope he will work on this. I hope may be in future I'll get a chance to work with this company again....Read More
