Nothing..... I worked in this company more than 2.5 years and still writing nothing because i have many reasons.

Very Bad working culture and environment, No appreciation, The human resource team is one of the most unethical and unprofessional department in the company. All HR team sits in Head office based in Mumbai who don't even know the "H" of the HR department. Their policies are even more perthitic then them. They do what ever they wantand their policies keep on changing regularly as per their demand. The notice period is of 3 months even for the executive level. I will never ever recommend or encourage anyone to join this worst company. Such a looser brand in the market to work with from employee point of view.
