Management is not good, vm coordinator have no knowledge, no growth for girls, no opportunities. Girls are doing shifts till 10pm . No transportation given for stretch shift.

They'll continue to deduct salary till march or may be they can deduct further also they are holding our incentive and even they don't provide diwali bonus to staff whose salary is 20k or above despite all these lacoste is a good brand to gain knowledge and good working environment.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but there was training session about the brand,brand leagacy and many more.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
