With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I have worked in labotek for 1 yr and if I talk about working there then most of the staff was good and great to work with that staff.

Dislikes

There is ni appreciation for your work they only talks rudely to you and the HR department is very worst they will never help you in any case and they can also fire you from the company any time without any prior intimation. You will only feels negative vibes there. There they will not give any kind of good increment etc. So my overall experience was very bad.
