A family oriented company. If are from the ceo family or are doing a chamchagiri you will rise in company, else you will die each day. There are no emplyoee engagement programs, nothing to boost employees moral to work. Just work and work. 2nd Saturday leaves were cancelled afyer lockdown and were never given back. Post Hierarchy here are just for name, even if u are on a higher post u will have to work like an executive. No desicion taking power given. All descns are taken by the specific people. No flow of work, anything comes at anytime and projects continue for months and months If we talk about promotions or increments, there is no specific rule. Even if you work hard like an animal in the field the whole year you will only get promoted if your 'personal' image is good against the family people. Some people are given so much of undue importance that they think themselves the king of everyone. Canteens at any office are lively where employees connect with eachother for sometime but here ypu will feel like a boarding school canteen and you have to keep pin drop silence else you will be scolded like ypu did a crime. When you walk down the stairs also keep silence else someone chamcha will come and teach you how to behave. Hr is only for name and sending birthday mails, because all descns are taken by the chairman himself. The only good things: you wont be asked questions for taking holidays. There is no penalty for coming late to office so u r free to come anytime, cz all the higher authorities come after 1030, when the office timings are 9.
