Work pressure and work culture both are different to office employees and shop floor employees which is not fair. Very less promotion and hike is given to nuclear quality department compared to other departments. Nuclear quality control department is getting detoriated and no good leadership is there people are resigning due to some managers/DGMs who are playing very bad politics and genuinely good employees are resigning just because of them. Canteen facility at Gate 1 is worst food anyone deserve company should improve that Diploma engineers are not getting promotions where newly joined GETs are getting opportunities which is not fair everyone should have equal opportunity in same department Transportation provided from city to campus is old and outdated compared to compitative company Company should not hire diploma engineers if they don't want to give them future opportunities just don't ruin there career....Read More
