Ample of learning and training opportunities, leave policies are recently updated. Always focuses on Skill developments. you will get early responsibilities. Good support from seniors and management in project executions. sports and other activities are executed well. job security is High.

No work life balance, too much pressure, uneven load distribution of projects, culture of company is still old. Time bounded work, no work from home facility.no flexible timings. No official tea breaks. no hospitality to outside vendors. Salary compensation corresponding to other companies are still less. Dislikes

There are only two things which in my view needs further improvement, 1st one is Salary/Compensation. I feel salary structure of my organization is lower compared to industry standard and 2nd is Appraisal and Promotion process, which is having some loopholes and needs further improvement to make it fairer and system bound.

We can nominate ourselves for Training to improve our skills.

Dislikes

The appraisal system is pathetic. Only boss's favourites gets highest rating on continuous basis year on year. The salary difference is very high between an outstanding & top performer. Also the travel & daily allowances are age old released 15 years back which is not revised since then and not as per current inflation index.

Training program for new as well as lateral employee is very good. Particular dedicated system for document control. Nuclear Department: Monthly birthday celebration, project milestone celebration, Good expectations from new people.

Working culture needs major improvement basically it depends upon your supervisor. NO leaves during probation period (6 months).
