Work-life balance can be termed as average at the institute. The institute is strict with timings and no buffer or permission for half days is given. It is taken as LoP. It is a friendly give and take at lower and middle-level employees.

Job roles are not streamlined. There is a lot of confusion about which department owns what activity. People are discouraged and reprimanded for being proactive.
