The best part of working in LVPEI is work satisfaction. There are a lot of opportunity is for skill development and undoubtedly job security.

I don't like timing of LVPEI which is 7 am in the morning. There is no option available 7.00 am in office hours that's why i choose 9.00 am.

No doubt L V PRASAD EYE INSTITUTE IS BEST FOR PATIENTS EITHER THEY ARE SIGHT SAVER OR NON PAYING and for paramedical employees if you are self learner then it's good.

For paramedical departments people are not cooperative, they are taking advantage and some of them are not following the basics of lvpei.

Not enough pay given to the growing price of everything necessary to survive, Not enough work life balance as one has to approach the place of work at 7 AM and leave at 6 Pm and that is like 11 hours a day.

a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
