No paid leave for a year, no stairs to climb, average salary
Since they have 90 years of experience in the field of IPR, there is a lot you can learn. A good place to learn about IPR.
Dislikes
1. The pay scale is poor, they exploit their employees with severe workloads and make them work for lesser salaries. No dignity of labour could be seen at L. R Swami.
2. No work-life balance, you ought to work even on Sundays if and when required.
3. There's no line of professional and personal boundaries while working here. In case the employer does not find your work satisfying, rather than critiquing and helping out the junior, a lot of personal attacks on the family and background that one comes from.
4. People from other states are treated harshly.
5. Growth is slow in terms of learning. Unlike other organizations or workplaces where you can aim to become a partner, here, there won't be much scope for growth as a family runs this firm....Read More
