Likes

In LK machineris there is experienced team in India I learn lot of thing prom them. They provide onjob training and always ready to support. They also provide all facilities on time and job security is satisfactory. Work environment suited for everyones career growth. But only problem is that due to traveling I can't balance personel life.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
