L&T Transporation Infrastrcuture values the staff contribution and efforts and promotes the team builing. Work culture of the organization is execellent , adeqaute importance is given for the regular training & skill development . Lastly it is pertinent that comapany is great on paychecks.

There are few on which on top is work life balance. It is 12 hrs . Secondary point would be the extensive chellenging and demanding work schedules at times when the targets are slipped and delayed . We understand this is requirement of the industry regarding mitigation . however feel that this may be smoothen.

Yearly salary increments are low. New recruited employee is getting higher salary compared to existing employee in same designation. Working hours are more sometimes, resulting in bad work-life balance.
