It's a scam, they don't value talent , I don't understand why the management team is even working when they don't even care to allocate people to proper projects. I was sick and had more than half leaves to avail but they didn't let me avail any of them and asked me to resign even after giving them proper proof. Worst place to startyour career. Worst place to work. They will blame you for their inability to find projects no matter how much you have contributed to the previous project. If there is a possible to give zero star then definitely I will give that. Terrible experience I suggest as a friend of ever freshers who joined in LTTS. Please try to find another opportunity. This company is not good for freshers.
