Working culture is good..not so hectic schedule. Work satisfaction is there. If you are in verge of retirement then it’s a perfect company for you to enrolled.

Dislikes

The nature of projects company has is not upto the mark. There are MOC kinda brownfield job available here. I think there is very small scope of learning and development here for an experience Process engineer. You may not get design experience over here.

Our main focus is on plant safety. For this, our base document is p&id. We study each equipments present on p&id. We identify hazards (overpressure, vacuum, fire, explosion & overfillng) to a particular equipment & provide safety devices for the same.
