L&T parent brand has created a great value for the L&T brand. But when it comes to realty business, they have ruined the brand value. Poor decision making, customer complaints, poor quality of customer services keeps creating bad word of mouth.

Dislikes

Old school management (heads) are the real culprit behind the poor growth of the company as compared to the competiton. The people on the top management who are responsible for business are only concern about their growth and not about companies and teams growth.

Here employee benefits are good apart from the CTC. Time to time conducting seminar for the employee, innovation of paperless process so it will reduce the no of files in your desk

Design of the system is not proper, lack in the design review and lots of part are missing in the design. Should given every Saturday holiday.
