Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

I worked at Hazira location. This is a Project based company hence new challenges everyday. Pay is good, perks are good too. They keep you busy, job rotation is possible after couple of years. Campus is good, Infrastructure, medical, canteen, transport everything is easily accessible.

Dislikes

It's construction division at Hazira, so at the end you are a construction engineer. Long working hours (unofficially 10 hours). they work almost every sunday so they expect you to follow the same to deliver project deadline. Lack of planning is everywhere, drawing revision is never ending process. They have many loop holes in qualit y system. Bell curve is something that you will never understand and you will be victimized if you're not their favorite player.
