While working with L&T hydrocarbon i found excellent working culture and major and most important thing is learning. What ever i learnt and work on that parameters continuously achieve the target & success.

Dislikes

Dislike is small thing a lot of pressure generated my management.

Work Details

My work was challenging at the time of huge pressure from client side no seniors are available on site because they are on leave, but i take a challenge in hand and successfully completed the project.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
