Dislikes

Only Tamilian people can stay in this company. Survival of non Tamilian is very difficult. Most worsted part is rating system. Management don't have particular logic for analysis. Higher management put direct pressure to Project manager to give out standing rating for Tamilian people. After working 9 years my suggestion for non Tamilian is it is not good company for carrier growth.
