L&T pays you sufficient as per your skills and talent but the worst thing is it takes most of your personal time, the system does not allow you to spare time for yourself, your family and for your hobbies. Due to the presence of different peoples from across the regions sometimes it creates an environment of nepotism. Growth and evaluation criteria is not that much transparent and justifying.
